Refund Policy

Here at Kitten Kisses we hope you like what you have purchased. If you find any fault with an item please email me at Jenny@kittenkisses.com.au . With your email please inculde photos of the product and packaging and details of your issues with the product. A refund or replacement may be offered if there is a fault with the product, and the product has been returned to us. 

We will not refund your purchase on change of mind.

Postage

We use Australia Post to send out your order. All orders will be sent in an Australian Post approved packaging.

All orders will be posted the next working day the order was received. 

We will email you when your order has been posted.

Postage cost depends on the weight of your order.

Orders up to 500 grams cost $3 to post.

Orders from 500 grams to 1 kilo cost $5 to post.

Orders from 1 kilo cost $10  to post.

FREE postage on orders over $80.

Cat Grass Kits and the Cap nip Kits cost $10 in postage as they are a larger item and require diffrent packaging to post. If you order over $80 then postage is free.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Your details will not be passed on to any third party. Your details will only be used to post your orders out to you. If you sign up for our email you will receive an email that will tell you about what we are doing, give you journaling ideas and tell you any sales we may have.
